NJ-BOOKING

NJ-Booking is a reservation module that can be used independently or integrated into the NJ-Maintenance suite.

NJ-Booking allows the definition of asset groups (e.g., meeting rooms, offices, mobile equipment, tools, etc.) that can be reserved for a specified period while adhering to a set of usage and billing conditions.

NJ-Booking enables the creation and assignment of kits that can be associated with the reserved asset (e.g., a set of chairs and tables, audiovisual equipment, etc.), which can generate additional billing.

NJ-Booking also interfaces with the NJ-Maintenance inventory module, allowing users to include parts and miscellaneous items during reservations (e.g., batteries, fuel, etc.).

NJ-Booking facilitates tracking the checkout and return of all components to inventory.

NJ-Booking includes a comprehensive interface with a perpetual calendar, enabling users to create, modify, and track their reservations from initiation to billing.

NJ-Booking integrates with the work order module of NJ-Maintenance, allowing technicians to reserve equipment needed to perform their tasks.
