NJ-Lite
NJ-Lite is a lightweight, fully configurable Web Portal that allows for information sharing with clients, suppliers, or any other stakeholders.
NJ-Lite enables various functionalities such as creating and tracking intervention requests, monitoring all interventions, capturing meter readings, disseminating information about equipment or operational costs, publishing intervention reports, compiling management data, or performance indicators.
Any data available in the database can be leveraged to provide relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders through the NJ-Lite portal.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of possible functions and the types of information that can be exchanged with clients, suppliers, or any internal or external stakeholders of the organization:
- Sharing of information and documents
- Creation and tracking of intervention requests
- Monitoring of all interventions
- Estimates
- Meter readings
- Distribution of information on assets or operating costs
- Timesheets
- Publication of intervention reports
- Expense reports
- Compilation, calculation, and analysis of management data
- Performance indicators
- Sharing of information and documents.
NJ-Lite also allows the deployment of multiple portals with different and independent configurations tailored to the type of stakeholder.
There is no limit to the number of users who can connect and interact through the NJ-Lite portals.
