NJ-Maintenance is an integrated CMMS solution that enables you to manage all maintenance activities for various types of equipment, whether mobile or fixed, private or public, in real estate or industrial sectors.

The NJ-Maintenance software is built around three main pillars:

NJ-Maintenance – A modern, internet-based solution that addresses all CMMS needs, including intervention requests, work orders, maintenance schedules, teams management, timesheets, equipment management, activity planning, inventory, geolocation, clients, suppliers, quotes, reservations, cost follow up and more.

NJ-Lite – A fully configurable web portal for seamless information exchange with clients and suppliers. It facilitates the declaration and tracking of intervention requests, publishing reports, performance indicators, and more.

NJ-Mobile – A suite of mobile applications for tablets and smartphones that function offline (asynchronously), supporting technicians on the move, client interventions, or sites without network connectivity.
